By using FlavorLab.ai you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.

The service

FlavorLab.ai provides AI-assisted reformulation research reports for food and beverage professionals. The service is currently offered free of charge during beta; we may introduce paid plans, change features, or discontinue the service at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only for lawful product-development purposes, not to probe or overload the service, not to resell generated reports as a competing service, and not to submit content you have no right to share.

Output and responsibility

Generated reports are research starting points, as described in our Disclaimer, which is part of these terms. You are solely responsible for validating any output through laboratory testing and for compliance of your products with applicable law. You own the briefs you submit; you may use the reports you receive for your internal business purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlavorLab.ai and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the service. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
