Privacy Policy

This policy describes what FlavorLab.ai collects, why, and what we deliberately avoid collecting.

What we collect

Waitlist and account data. When you join the waitlist or request a report, we store your email address, the optional company name you provide, the page you signed up from, and a timestamp. We use this to deliver reports, notify you about product availability, and send occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Report briefs. When you request a report, we store the brief you submit (product category, goal, constraints) and the generated report, in order to deliver it, debug quality issues, and improve our curated reference material.

Analytics. We use privacy-respecting, cookie-light analytics to measure page traffic in aggregate.

What we deliberately avoid

Your formulas. The intake form never requires exact recipe percentages, and we ask you not to submit them. Briefs are not used to train machine-learning models, and we do not sell or share submitted briefs with third parties.

Processors

We use infrastructure providers to operate the service: hosting, database, email delivery, and AI inference. Briefs are sent to our AI provider only to generate your report; under its API terms the provider does not use them to train models and retains them only for a limited abuse-monitoring period. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Retention and deletion

We keep waitlist data until you unsubscribe and report logs for up to 24 months. Email us at privacy@flavorlab.ai to request deletion of your data at any time.
